What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Goods to you.
Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully as these terms do tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
- Consumer means an individual acting for purposed which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession;
- Contract means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods;
- Delivery Location means the Supplier’s premises or other location where the Goods are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
- Durable Medium means paper or email, or any other medium that allows information to be addressed personally to the recipient, enables the recipient to store the information in a way accessible for future reference for a period that is long enough for the purposes of the information, and allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored;
- Goods means the goods advertised on the Website that we supply to you of the number and description as set out in the Order.
- Order means the Customer’s order for the Goods from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website;
- Website means our website aurasoullondon.com on which the Goods are advertised;
Section 1 – Aura Soul London Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service entering into a contract with Aura Soul London.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing Goods from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Section 2 – Terms of Sale
By placing an order with Aura Soul London you are offering to purchase the Goods detailed within that order. The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is important that all the information you provide is accurate.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2.1 It is important that the credit or debit card you use to place the order is your own and that there are sufficient funds to purchase the Goods.
If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there are not enough funds in your account to purchase the Goods, or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, Aura Soul London have the right to terminate the contract, thus the order will be cancelled.
2.2 If there are any changes to the details you have supplied, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
2.3 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees from delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays/strike actions for which we will not be held responsible. Please see our Delivery Charges notice for further information.
Section 3 – Goods
The description of the Goods is as set out in our website, social media, or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in colour or size.
3.1 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We aim to portray images in a realistic light, yet product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner.
3.2 Some products incorporate natural materials (e.g. wood, leather, etc.) which may also vary slightly. Therefore, colours of products may vary slightly from the colour that is portrayed on the website.
3.3 All Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.
3.4 If we discover an error in the price of any Goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund.
3.5 We can make changes to the Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
Section 4 – Pricing and Payment
The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing. Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.
4.1 The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges for the Goods, and the total price of them and the charges, is that set out in our price list current at the date we accepted the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.
4.2 You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your Order and we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Goods .
Section 5 – Pre-Order process
From time to may we offer our customers the option to pre-order Goods from Aura Soul London. Customers that have pre-ordered our Goods will be sent a customer acknowledgement e-mail and will be kept up to date as to anticipated delivery dates.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to us giving you a confirmed delivery date by notice to us by email: email@example.com and shall be entitled to a full refund.
Section 6 – Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Tracking information is provided and you will be emailed once the item has been dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours during Mon-Fri – subject to payment and stock availability. Please allow 48 hours during weekends/holidays and additional 1-3 days. If any Goods are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
6.1 We will deliver the Goods, to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
6.2 If at point of sale an incorrect address is input and your package fails to be delivered, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
6.3 If you would like the Goods re-sent to you after being sent back to Aura Soul London, you will be responsible for the re delivery costs.
6.4 We are not responsible for return/exchange postage outside of the UK.
6.5 Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
6.6 As with the normal ordering process mentioned, a contract shall only come into force between us upon the dispatch of the order to you.
Section 7 – Import Taxes and Duties
All Goods imported into the country are subject to import taxes and duties as determined by the government. These taxes and duties are non-refundable and must be paid by the recipient of the products at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that they are aware of the applicable taxes and duties for the Goods they are importing and to budget accordingly. If you have not pre-paid the import taxes and duties at checkout, you will be required to do so upon delivery. Failure to pay the taxes and duties may result in the products being held by customs, returned to the sender, or seized by the government.
Please note that if the customer returns the Goods purchased, the import taxes and duties paid will not be refunded.
Section 8 – Refunds
Your legal right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) to change your mind is within 14 days and you receive a refund for the Goods. We offer a period of 14 days after the day you receive the items in which you are permitted to return the items to us and receive a refund.
8.1 Unless noted on our website as a sale or sample item, we will accept returned goods within 14 days of you receiving your order. Exchanges or voucher codes cannot be issued after this.
8.2 All returns and exchanges require approval — kindly contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Section 9 – Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to be updated and/or change without notice at any time. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
9.1 It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
9.2 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All intellectual property rights in or relating to the website including our text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trademarks, and logos are owned by us. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership of, or other rights in relation to, any such intellectual property rights by virtue of using the website.
11.1 The website is for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out several pages of this web site for your personal use.
11.2 You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or in any way that may damage our name or reputation or that of our affiliates.
Section 12 – Prohibitions
We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
12.1 You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access this website. You should use your own virus protection software.
Section 13 – Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any, or certain specified Goods made through the website. Each promotional discount code will be subject to specific terms and conditions specified at the time the promotional discount code is issued (including the length of time to use the code) in addition to those mentioned in these Terms. Promotional discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Section 15 – Termination of Contract
Your rights when you end the contact depends on when the Goods were bought and whether there is anything wrong with the Goods. In any event, you must be able to show clear evidence of when the cancellation was made.
15.1 If you are ending a contract for a reason set out below the contract will end and we will refund you for any Goods which have not be provided. The reasons being:
- We have informed you about a discrepancy in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
- There is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside of our control;
- We have suspended supply of the products for imperative reasons, or notify your we are going to suspend;
